A sensitively designed 2.5-storey apartment development in Cornwall, providing seven high-quality new homes within a carefully composed residential building. The scheme combines traditional proportions with a contemporary finish, using warm brickwork, smooth render, pitched roofs and well-detailed bay and dormer windows to create a varied yet cohesive frontage. Generous glazing brings natural light into each apartment, while landscaped planting and a strong entrance create an attractive setting.
The design was developed around the client brief, site context, planning route, spatial priorities and long-term performance of the home.
